I seem to be getting better contact on the sweet spot of my irons after just a couple of weeks practicing with this impact bag. So far, the impact bag is holding up.This bag seems to be everything it claimed. I haven't had it too long (maybe 2 weeks now) so only time will tell.I have been hitting into it almost every day - usually 5 swings at a time, with 3 to 5 reps; generally 2 to 4 times a day - with no apparent problems or issues developing.I filled it with an old king sized comforter, an old king sized sheet, and some pillow cases. My wife wasn't thrilled that I used the linen even though it was stuff we planned to throw out and I had been saving as possible future drop cloths. After hitting into it a dozen or so times I stuck in another sheet. It could probably use a little more stuffing.I have the bag wedged up against our den couch. What I have been doing is rotating the bag after two sessions hitting into it just to make sure I am giving it even wear.Some other reviewers mentioned that hitting the bag makes a gunshot loud noise - yes it gives off a loud noise if you really slam into it, which may be overkill on the part of the golfer hitting it too hard, but I have found that the noise isn't too loud as my wife hasn't mentioned once so far that she can hear it up in the bedroom.Use it 2-3 times each week. Super durable so the value is truly great. I completely trust Gary Wiren.Great to practice your golf swingOnly have this a short while but already I am understanding what I have to do. Watched some you tube videos and practice my swing inside with a pitching wedge.
