First off, these run large, order a size down. I wear a 9 1/2 in everything, dress shoes, sneakers, even my old Ecco golf shoes. Ecco's equivalent (these are European sizings) was way too big. I ended up with the 8-81/2 equivalent.Comfort is immediate right out of the box, the uppers remind me of the old Reebok high tops from the eighties- in a good way- soft and supple. The out soles are stiff and will require some break in. These are the cleated version not the hybrids. The overall feel was very much "in" the shoe. I definitely felt closer to the ground and very stable. The price is high for a golf shoe but my last pair of Eccos lasted 20 years and I've worn their dress shoes for business forever, they've always returned my investment and then some.If you're looking at premium golf shoes don't pass these up, they are worth a second look.
