Additional comments from the R&A on how it manages the game and the rules over time as well as grass roots development projects is a great addition.This DVD is best suited for the average golfer or beginner who wants to firm up their knowledge of the rules. It provides simple illustrations using footage from professional tournaments to explain the operation of the basic rules. The interactive quiz at the end adds a bit of spice.This product is not targeted at the top end rules officials as it does not go into great depth for each of the rules but in so doing allows the average golfer to understand the basics without complicating the issues through the finer details of the rules. I would recommend this product for all typical weekend amateur golfers.
