As golf shoes go, FootJoy are the top of the heap. They are infinitely comfortable and the boa makes the shoes very easy to put on and take off. However, that being said, the spikes on the sole are so numerous that just a short walk thru fallen leaves, you have to take a tee and dig them out of your shoes. Pine straw is another collection that accumulates on these shoes. When playing, these anchor you to the ground like no other. Just a bit annoying for $169. Probably the most I’ve ever given for a pair of FootJoys, but my last pair are still in use and well worth what I paid for them then. Just get used to digging stuff out of the spikes.
